NCS is an umbrella organization. It comprises with more than 53 denominations and church groups which has estimated 10000 churches affiliated to them, Para churches, theological institutions, and Christian development, social and mission organizations.

Mission of NCS: Keeping unity, brotherhood, love, kindly feeling and fellowship among the Christians of Nepal in order to be one minded for the holistic development of entire nation and in order to continue the true path that was shown to human beings by the Bible, and feeling that there is a need to be awakened for inter relational help through a systematic organization.  By act and laws  it is religious organization “Nepal Christian Society” is established according to the Organization Civil society  Act 2034 BS.
