National Council of Churches in India (NCCI) is an ecumenical expression of Protestant and Orthodox Churches in India as well as the ecumenical organizations, councils and agencies in the country. It was established as the National Missionary Council of India, affiliated to the International Missionary Council in 1914. In 1923, the Council constituted itself as the National Christian Council of India, Burma and Ceylon from which the councils of Burma and Sri Lanka separated later. In 1979, the Council transformed itself into the National Council of Churches in India (NCCI).

NCCI constituent members are 30 member Churches, 17 Regional Christian Councils, 17 All India Christian Organizations, 7 Related Agencies and 3 Autonomous bodies.
