Darryl Evetts

Darryl Evetts has served the International Baptist Convention as Director of Church Multiplication for the past 11 years. Darryl found salvation in Christ while living far from home and far from God and now has a passion to see others living as expats have the same opportunity to find life in Jesus. He shares a dream with the IBC to see a disciple-making church multiplication movement sweep across the globe. He has served in three IBC churches in Italy and Germany. He holds a Doctorate in Global and Contextual Leadership from Bethel Seminary. He and his wife, Debra, currently reside near San Antonio Texas in the United States. Debra serves as a missionary alongside her husband bringing encouragement to church planters and pastors with an emphasis on their wives and children’s wellbeing. They both love the beauty and diversity of the multitude of cultures found in international churches

David Packer

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Dr David Packer has served overseas most of his adult life: 8 years as missionaries to the Philippines, 12 years as Senior Pastor of the International Baptist Church of Singapore, 10 years as Senior Pastor of the International Baptist Church in Stuttgart, Germany. He is an educated and experienced cross-cultural communicator, having preached in four different languages. He holds an MDiv and a DMin with a focus in World Missions from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, USA. He has taught seminary as an adjunct lecturer for Columbia International University and is author of several books, among which are: Look Who God Let into the Church; The International Pastor Experience; and Preaching to the Whole World. In addition to pastoring international churches he and his wife Lana (see below) founded Kainos, a ministry to address the tragedy of human trafficking in Europe and across the world, and Growth Points, a ministry to help IC pastors and churches. They have three grown children and five grandchildren.

Jim Lapinsk

A 1980 graduate of University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Business, Jim enjoyed 30 highly successful years within the tech industry that included executive leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Operations and Product Development with companies such as NCR, AT&T, Wausau Financial and IBM. Trained by and working closely with International Coaching Federation Master Coaches, Jim is a certified John Maxwell Team Coach. He launched Rarefide Consulting in 2014, serves as Presiden, and engages business, government and non-profit leaders around the world via a powerful workplace discipleship model to maximize their impact and effectiveness. Jim and his wife, Sue, have been married 39 years, live in Kansas City, MO and have three grown daughters.

Ray Chow

Ray Chow spent 20 years in the business world in various senior leadership roles in accounting, consulting, human resources, and learning, most recently as a Partner with Ernst & Young in Greater China. Over the last few years, he has come along side ministries, organizations, and leaders to help them realize their full God given potential. He is passionate about developing leaders and working together across organizations and cultures greater purpose. He has seen first-hand the incredible need and opportunity for believers to understand and live out their call in the marketplace. Ray has lived and worked with teams cross-culturally all over the world. He and his family currently live in East Asia

Dale Losch

Dale Losch serves as president of Crossworld, a missions organization whose goal is to send disciple-makers from all professions — spiritually mature vocational and marketplace ministry workers — to launch disciple-making communities in the world’s least-reached marketplaces. Holding degrees from Christian Heritage College and Dallas Theological Seminary, Dale began his work with Crossworld in 1988 as a disciple-maker in France and has served as Crossworld’s president since 2009. He loves to motivate people to use their God-given passions to make disciples wherever life happens. Dale and his wife, Jerusha, have been married for more than 30 years and have four children who are serving God through business, education and physical therapy

David Stevens

David presently pastors the International Bible Church (IBC) of Jurbise, Belgium. He is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary (1982, Th.M.) and of the Faculté Libre de Théologie Evangélique (1999, Th.D.) near Paris, France. He is also the author of God’s New Humanity: A Biblical Theology of Multiethnicity for the Church (Wipf & Stock, 2012). David and his wife, Mary Alice, are the parents of four children—Jonathan (now with the Lord), Rebecca, Mary Lynne, and Justin—and grandparents to seven grandchildren. In his spare time, David loves to read French, cycle, travel, and hang out with his wife as well as (via Skype and FaceTime) with his adult children and grandchildren in the States

Jimmy Martin

Jimmy grew up in Houston, Texas, USA. He served several churches in his home state. In 1993 Jimmy and his family moved from Texas to Germany, where he served for 10 years as pastor of Faith Baptist Church in Kaiserslautern. They raised three daughters in Germany, and now happily claim 7 grandchildren as their pride and joy. Since 2003, Jimmy and his wife have lived in Frankfurt, Germany, where he serves as General Secretary of the International Baptist Convention (IBC), a family of 62 English-language churches scattered in 24 countries of Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the Americas. He gives leadership to the IBC and its churches that are mostly international with some US military congregations. Jimmy is passionate about working with pastors and teams of the IBC, and traveling and ministering in churches. He is also jubilant when he can spend time at home with Laurie, with whom he has shared life for 38 years.

Lana Packer

Lana is the director of Kainos-ev, a nonprofit with the mission of helping victims in forced prostitution find hope and freedom! She believes that a fundamental part to our response as Christians is the concept of imago dei, meaning "image of God.” (Genesis 1:27) Lana and her husband David (see above) have served Internationally for 32 years, serving in the Philippines, Singapore, and now Germany. They have raised 3 children internationally and have 5 grandchildren all living in the US. David serves as the Senior Pastor of the International Church of Stuttgart, Germany and previously served as the Senior Pastor of the International church in Singapore.

David Dykes

David has served as a senior pastor for over forty years. After serving churches in the Birmingham, Alabama area, he was called to serve Green Acres Baptist Church in Tyler, Texas in 1991. He has received his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Southern Seminary in Louisville, Ky. He has done post-doctoral studies at Cambridge University in Cambridge, England. David enjoys writing and has published eighteen books including two novels, The Cloudstrike Prophecy and The Jerusalem Protocol. Besides serving as pastor of a local church, his passion is training global pastors using training materials he has written: What Healthy Churches Do; What Healthy Pastors Do; and How Healthy Disciples Live. This transferable curriculum has been translated into a dozen languages. Each year he leads a team to teach international pastors conferences that are offered at no cost to the indigenous pastors.

David Fresch

David serves as pastor of North Sea Baptist Church (NSBC) in Stavanger, Norway, where he lives with his wife Scottie and their two daughters. Growing up with a father in the oil industry, he is a third culture kid turned third culture pastor. He has served NSBC for thirteen years and was also baptized there at the age of six. David’s greatest joy in ministry is investing in leaders and seeing the impact of their growth. He feels called to leadership ministry and holds a Masters in Global Leadership from Fuller. In addition to his work at NSBC, David has a calling to serve the international church movement and currently serves as the Director of Empowering Leaders for the International Baptist Convention (IBC) and the Executive Director of the Missional International Church Network (MICN). Additionally, he founded Fresch Ministries International (FMI) ten years ago, which stimulates organic growth in indigenous ministries all over the world.

Sam Song

Pastor Sam Song is based in Hong Kong with his wife and children. He is the founding Senior Pastor of Solomon’s Porch and oversees the vision and senior leadership for all the Solomon’s Porch churches – Hong Kong, Beijing, Singapore, Shanghai, New York and two Indonesian congregations in HK. It was basketball that first brought Sam to Hong Kong in 1992 - as part of an outreach through sports. After that first trip to the city, he vowed to return, but a torn ligament in his knee the next summer temporarily diverted him from sport and along the path of accountancy. Ten years later, he made it back with his wife and established Solomon's Porch. The congregation has grown from six members to 600 in Hong Kong and over 1300

Hyunsu Kim

Hyunsu Kim pastors Solomon's Porch Beijing, an international community located in the heart of the city. Born in South Korea, raised in the United States as well as in Hong Kong, Hyunsu received God’s calling into ministry when he prayed a simple prayer, “Lord, I’ll go wherever You want me to go, and do whatever You desire me to do.” Since that time, he has been devoted to serving God together with his wife Chloe and their sons Enoch and Noah.

CB Samuel

C.B. Samuel is an Itinerant Bible Teacher, equipping the Church with Biblical resources on Leadership, Spiritual Formation and Mission. CB and his wife, Selina, live in Delhi and also minister in a local University. CB is also a Theological Advisor for EFICOR (an Indian Evangelical Integral Mission Organisation) and Micah Global. CB and Selina are also involved as Associate Fieldworkers with TEAR Australia.

Jacob Bloemberg

Jacob Bloemberg has served on the leadership team of the MICN since 2005 and is Lead Pastor at the Hanoi International Fellowship (www.hif.vn) in the capital city of Vietnam. He and his wife Linda have served in Hanoi since 1997, where they have raised three children. A Dutch citizen with an American wife, they have learned to thrive in a third culture and aim to help others thrive as well. Jacob is ordained and sent by Elim Fellowship, NY. Jacob has a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership program with a focus on City Transformation through Bakke Graduate University. He implements this missional vision with HIF through the Love Hanoi campaign (www.lovehanoi.org).

Edmound Teo

Edmound Teo is the Senior Pastor of International Christian Assembly, Hong Kong. Ed Teo and his staff team hosted the first Global Church for a Global World conference in 2016. The Hong Kong International Christian Assembly (ICA) is a pace setting church, in addition to their English services, ICA offers worship on Sunday in eight other languages. ICA has been a tremendous blessing to the city, providing city wide activities celebrating the diversity of Hong Kong while lifting up the name of Jesus. God has placed in Ed’s heart a mandate to respond to the challenge of the global world by equipping the church to be more global in ministry and mindset. He calls this a ‘Global church’ – to act locally and impact globally.”

Leiton And Lisa Chinn

Leiton has been mobilizing the Church in N.A. and globally for ministry among International students for 42 years, and recently completed a 10-year term as the Lausanne Senior Associate for International Student Ministry (ISM). Lisa, a former international graduate student, served as the National ISM Director for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship USA for 14 years and currently is a Mentor/Coach for senior leadership of IVCF. They founded and directed a church-based ISM that continues to flourish after 35 years.

Allen Derksen

Allen Derksen serves as Vice President of International Operations for Back to the Bible. He has helped form 3 missions organizations and serves on the board of Dynamic Churches International. He has planted six churches and started a mobile phone ministry that has seen over 100,000 people come to faith in Christ. He has written 1500 devotional messages that are posted on social media daily. Allen also wrote a psycho-metric instrument that measures corporate culture that became the driver for Lockheed Martins' change management program. Allen was raised in Southern Alberta and was educated at Berean Bible College, Briercrest Graduate School, and Trinity International University. He lives in Calgary Alberta with his wife Lois who directs the missions ministry of Canada’s largest Church, Centre Street Church.

Tom Speckhardt

Thomas is the Board Chairman of YouthCompass International founded in London, England. YouthCompass supports international youth and families in mobile environments. Through local activities and partnerships in developing countries, YouthCompass challenges adults and youth to serve and gain a truly global perspective. Thomas also serves on the World Leadership Team of Youth for Christ International, representing ministry to diaspora/cross cultural young people and families. Thomas has lived and worked in an expatriate setting for 27 years and is an adult TCK (Third Culture Kid). Together with his wife he has raised four TCK’s on two continents. Thomas continues to work with the corporate, diplomatic, and educational communities to raise the level of support for expatriate families around the world. He has spoken in international communities in Asia, Africa, North America, South America, and Europe on the topics of globalization, parenting, and support of international youth on the move.

Richard Daniel

Richard is married to Julie and has 2 children. He has been with Christian Vision in the Australia Office for 17 years currently holding the position of Director Partnerships. Richard also is involved in several other ministries including being a Board Member of CMAA (Christian Media Arts Australia), Chairman of Asia By Media and Chairman of his local Christian Radio Station on the Sunshine Coast of Australia.

Scott Last

Scott Last has been a pastor, missionary, and worship leader throughout a long ministry career dating back to 1978 after earning a ThM from Dallas Seminary. Along with his beautiful wife, Teresa, they have 2 married children and 4 grandchildren. He enjoys bicycling, surfing and skiing as well as singing and playing guitar and keyboards. Scott currently works for Dynamic Church Planting International, training and mentoring church planters with a particular emphasis on Europe and the Middle East. His special passion for Europe was cultivated as an international church planter in Italy and Portugal.

Jay Devers

For the last 26 years Jay has served as a church planter in Indonesia among unreached people groups there. He served in the International Church as pastor and disaster relief specialist as well. His passion is to see Christ proclaimed among the nations and to see new believers form reproducing healthy churches. Church Planting Movements are a favorite topic to discuss, practice and to train towards. Jay and his wife of 31 years, Karen, have two adult sons that serve internationally. Jay and Karen now reside in Oceanside California and enjoy nature and cultures. Jay has lived or worked in Kuwait, Puerto Rico, Saudi Arabia and Indonesia.
